  1. Precalentar el horno a 200 grados. Tener preparados ingredientes, manga con pico de boca ancha y fuente con antiadherente o papel para horno.
  2. En una cacerolita poner el agua, la sal y el aceite.
    Calentar a fuego medio.
  3. Cuando rompe el hervor, tirar toda la harina de avena de golpe y bajar el fuego al mínimo.
  4. Revolver vigorosamente hasta que la pasta comience a desprenderse del recipiente.
  5. Logrado ese punto, apagar el fuego. Correr la cacerolita de la hornalla. Revolver un poco más para que baje algo la temperatura.
    Agregar el huevo y seguir revolviendo hasta integrarlo.
    Es muy importante que el huevo no coagule.
  6. Cargar en una manga con pico.
  7. Hacer tiras lo más derechitas posibles.
  8. Hornear con calor arriba y abajo si tienen, si no pasando por la parte de la parrilla luego del horno, aproximadamente 20 minutos.
    Espolvorear con lo que gusten. Puede ser cualquier edulcorante en polvo o una cantidad bien discreta de algún azúcar integral.
