Posteriormente pelamos la pera, la cortamos en cuadraditos chiquitos, le agregamos el jugo de 1 limón, media taza de agua y la llevamos a cocción, hasta que rompa en hervor manteniéndolo por tres minutos a fuego. Luego retirar y dejar enfriar. Si quedó algún grumo mixear hasta que quede una textura cremosa. (Recomiendo no endulzar esta parte de la preparación porque la base tiene miel y es suficiente dulzor)
  6. Por otro lado, mientras la pera hierve, mezclamos medio sobre de gelatina sin sabor con un poquito de agua (muy poco, lo suficiente para que esta se diluya). Seguidamente se lo incorporamos a la preparación que ya hemos retirado de la hornalla.
  7. Una vez que esta preparación se haya entibiado, retiramos el molde del freezer y se la incorporamos a esta. Llevándola a la heladera por 8 horas.
  8. Transcurrido ese tiempo, retirar de la heladera, desmoldar y a disfrutar esta tremenda receta !! 😍🙌
