- Licúa los chiles junto con el agua, agrega a la verdura colando, agrega el epazote, el caldo de las cáscara (colando) en total son como 2 litros de agua que utilice, tapa y deja que se cuezan las verduras, una ves suaves agrega los camarones deja 5 minutos, rectifica de sal, y listo. Sirve con limón, Chile verde, cebolla aguacate, etc. Yo sólo agrego limón, y queda riquísimo. Garantía platos limpios
