Mezcla los ingredientes, deja reposar ésta preparación en el refrigerador aproximadamente 30 minutos, de manera que se logre la cocción de la cebolla con jugo del limón y los sabores se adhieran al calamar.
- Una vez pasados los 30 minutos saca el calamar del refrigerador, mezcla nuevamente y prueba un bocado del calamar para que te cerciores de que su sabor ya se mezcló con los ingredientes y la cebolla está lista.
- Una vez listo el calamar, pica finamente el cilantro, jitomate y agrégaselos al igual que el jugo, Mezcla nuevamente los ingredientes y deja reposar unos minutos más para que se adhieran los sabores.
