- Para la guarnición picamos la col y le damos un blanqueo en agua hirviendo con un poco de sal, cuando el agua hierva colocar la col, dejan un minuto, sacan y ponen en agua con hielo por 2 minutos y escurren perfectamente
- Picamos los habaneros y la cebolla morada la fileteamos en medias lunas, ponemos en un tazón y agregamos limón, una cucharada de vinagre, sal, pimienta y una cucharada de aceite de olivo y reservamos
- Cortamos el aguacate en medias lunas finas, ponemos mayonesa en la tostada y un poco de col, el ceviche al gusto y ponemos un poco de habanero con cebolla y a disfrutar
