- Mientras está hirviendo la olla con aceite se comienzan a preparar nuestros tacos con el guisado de nuestra preferencia. Estos se van colocando doblados en la canasta y por capas se le agrega una cucharada de aceite hirviendo y un poco de cebolla fileteada hasta que tengamos los tacos deseados.
- Una vez que terminamos de acomodar y bañar nuestros tacos se cierra la canasta y se deja reposar por 60 min.
- Se sirven con salsa al gusto.
