- Trituramos las galletas y las revolvemos con la mantequilla derretida.
- En el molde ya sea para pie o un refractario ponemos las galletas y formamos la costra es decir la base del pie, cubriendo hasta las paredes del molde. Refrigeramos unos 15 minutos.
- Pelamos las manzanas y cortamos en cuadritos pequeños.
- En un sartén ponemos la cucharada de margarina y el azúcar moreno, cuando empiece a derretirse agregamos las manzanas y la canela. Movemos.
- Agregamos las pasas, nueces o arándanos, movemos hasta mezclar e integrar bien todo. Si observamos que la manzana soltó mucha humedad podemos agregar media taza de pan molido.
- Para el crumble: en un bowl o en la mesa limpia ponemos el harina, el azúcar y la mantequilla, revolvemos con un par de tenedores para no tocar la mantequilla ya que puede suavizarse con el calor de nuestras manos. Debe quedar como arena. Recuerden que es solo mezclar no integrar.
- En nuestro molde ya con nuestra costra firme vaciamos la manzana y colocamos el crumble encima...
- Horneamos 20 minutos y esta listo para comer.
- Si lo acompañas con helado de vainilla mucho mejor. Que lo disfruten!
