- Ahora ponemos un poco de aceite al comal y lo embarcamos en todo el comal y ponemos la masa en el comal dejemos que se cueza de un lado y después lo volteamos y enseguida le ponemos el puré de tomate (al gusto) y encima le ponemos el queso mozzarella y después el jamón y dejamos que se cueza de abajo y dejamos que se derrita bien y listo.
